Assurance Learning Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assurance Learning Analyst to support the assignment, communication, and tracking of mandatory learning for assurance professionals. This role is crucial for ensuring learning compliance and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across Talent, Risk, Learning, and Global Delivery Services (GDS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage learning populations throughout the learning cycle.
- Execute learning assignments, exemptions, extensions, and adjustments based on guidelines.
- Support customized learning plans due to promotions, leaves of absence, or role changes.
- Monitor and report learning completion status using tools like Power BI and internal systems.
- Communicate changes and learning plans to professionals and address related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
- Supervise administrative tasks executed by offshore GDS teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure effective learning operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience, with 1–3 years in Learning & Development or a similar area.
- Fluent english level C1
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Change management or continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across virtual teams and geographic boundaries.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach.
